How GSM Grow handles personal data on gsmgrow.com, the customer portal and related sales channels.
Who we are
GSM Grow operates the marketing site at gsmgrow.com and the licence portal at portal.gsmgrow.com. When you buy through a reseller, that reseller may also process your purchase details under their own policy.
Data we collect
- Account details you submit (name, email, company, domain).
- Licence, download and activation records needed to deliver the product.
- Support messages and ticket history.
- Basic technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this data to issue licences, deliver downloads, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the product and send service messages about your account. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We may share data with hosting and email providers that run our infrastructure, with payment partners when you pay us directly, and with the reseller who sold your licence when needed for fulfilment or support. Self-hosted store customer data stays on your server — we do not receive it unless you send it to us in a support ticket.
Retention and rights
We keep licence and account records for as long as your licence may need support or reactivation. You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of personal data that is not required for licence compliance by emailing sales@gsmgrow.com.
