These terms cover licences for the GSM Grow store script sold through GSM Grow and approved resellers.
What you buy
A GSM Grow licence gives you the right to run one production store on one domain. The script is self-hosted on your server. You do not buy ownership of our trademarks, source branding assets beyond normal use on your store, or a right to redistribute the product.
Licence scope
- One active domain per licence.
- Staging or local copies for that same business are fine while you install or test.
- You may not share, rent, resell or publish the package, licence key or encoded files.
- Resellers sell licences under a separate partner agreement.
Updates and support
The first year of updates and support is included with a new licence. After that, renewal keeps you on the update channel and support queue. The store can keep running without renewal; you simply stop receiving new releases and ticket support.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your hosting, domain DNS, backups, legal compliance for the services you sell, and for keeping admin access secure. GSM Grow is not liable for lost sales, supplier outages, payment gateway issues or data loss on your server.
Acceptable use
Do not use GSM Grow for fraud, abuse of supplier APIs, malware distribution, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction. We may suspend licence activation or downloads if a key is abused or shared.
