Digital licence product
GSM Grow is a digital product. After a licence key is issued and the package can be downloaded, the sale is generally final because the product cannot be returned like physical goods.
When we refund
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- You were charged but never received a working licence key, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
- A proven billing error on our side.
When we do not refund
- Change of mind after the key was delivered.
- Hosting, PHP or server setup problems that are outside the product.
- Feature requests, theme preferences or supplier API issues on your store.
- Purchases made from a reseller — ask that reseller first; their checkout terms apply to the payment.
How to ask
Email sales@gsmgrow.com within 7 days of purchase with your order email, domain and licence key (if any). If you bought from a reseller, include their name so we can coordinate.
Renewals
Optional yearly renewals for updates and support are also digital. Unused renewal time is not refunded once the renewal period has started, except for proven duplicate charges.
